Braveheart Real Estate & Development is a multifaceted company with individual divisions designed to enhance the services of our company. Below is a brief description of each division. As Braveheart grows we anticipate creating more divisions to better manage the company. Just like a family each member of the Braveheart Team has a responsibility to the company. We treat our employees with respect and expect the same in return. Each division will be specialized in its field. All Braveheart personnel will be well educated and able to handle the tasks of their division. At Braveheart we believe in continuing education. PROPERTY MANAGEMENT DIVISION
We have a division that only deals with property management for residential properties. All personnel in this division that are management oriented will have management classes. New employees are encouraged to participate in the real estate education field as well.
The goal of this division is to eventually expand into commercial property management. Our property management team currently offers more for our renters and our homeowners than most in the industry. We offer our tenants self addressed stamped envelopes to help ensure they pay their rent in a timely fashion. If this does not encourage them to be timely, we pay door to door visits. We offer as part of the lease with the tenants the service of lawn upkeep. If the tenant gets too busy to upkeep the lawn, we send someone by the property and handle it ourselves. We only charge an 8% management fee to our clients whereas most of our competitors charge a minimum of 10% to 12%. We have an in house maintenance team and an in house make ready team. Our service is prompt and reliable. If we cannot handle the situation, we immediately find an expert who can. We believe in not only taking care of our clients, the owners, but also in taking care of the people that make it possible to have clients, the renters. Most businesses today only care about the money and the quantity. Braveheart Real Estate and Development cares about the quality. We care about the renters as much as we care about the owners. Our first priority is to the owners, and we realize we cannot provide great service without choosing great renters and then treating those renters with the utmost respect and dignity. If by chance we have a renter that is not following the rules, our generosity will cease. We will remove that renter in an expedient manner. The chances of us getting a renter like that are slim as we use a great service, National Tenants Network to screen our tenants. We also do some preliminary screening on our own. We check into their references, their work history and their rental history before we even worry about sending it to National Tenants Network.
